Edit: Iran claims they did not bomb the hospital but the C4l IDF base next to the hostpital. The hospital was hit by the shockwave of the explosion next to it.

I have not seen any impact craters at the hospital. Until Israel presents evidence of the impact it is safe to assume the hospital targeting is a ruse.

They were aiming for Israeli intelligence sites which happens to be directly adjacent to the hospital. the hospital sustained indirect damage.

Israel uses hospitals as human shields for it's military installations. The irony is not lost on people.

Update: Allegedly Iran targeted the IDF C4l base next to the hospital. And the missile did not hit the hospital directly, only by shockwave. No impact craters at the hospital have been presented by Israel yet.

It's not lost on people - the media on the other hand....

It is not lost on the media either but deceit is their middle name.

As expected, every one of their accusations is just projection.

So, entirely, this.

Israel just straight up bombs hospitals for the sake of destroying infrastructure and killing doctors, so... You cannot violate every rule of war and then complain about YOUR hospitals being bombed.

Map of alleged IDF military targets next to the hospital (rumor):

Like it tickles my mind not being a city planner or an civil engineer, like why put a hospital near military bases..

Is Iran just showing off that they're able to avoid hitting hospitals?

[–] astutemural@midwest.social 10 points 1 week ago

We've already established hospitals are legitimate targets in this war, as seen by Israel directly bombing them. Not sure why this is even news.

What was that guy doing filming the floor 🙃

Happens to me all the time. I fatfinger the camera button and I record a 15 minute video in my jersey pocket.

Iran just needs to use the Israeli excuse. There was Hamas in [insert building name].

[–] Therealgoodjanet@lemmy.world 5 points 1 week ago

I can’t wait for Iran to come out with bad 3D renderings of tunnels and rooms under the hospital that are used by the IDF, and provide that as “evidence” 😂

[–] phoenixz@lemmy.ca 6 points 1 week ago

Well well well, that sounds familiar...

I guess Iran is a better shot, then, because apparently they did miss the hospital
