That one’s pretty funny, because if Obama made up the files…Trump 1 had 4 years in office to do something about those “fake files.” Then, during Biden, Trump was claiming they needed to be released. In fact almost every member of this administration is on record saying as much.
And now that they’re in power to release them? “There are no files, there are no perps. Don’t believe your lying eyes and go back to work peasants.” Dafuq?!

Hate to sound like a Q person, but there’s a lot of evidence that points to child sex being used as currency amongst the rich and powerful. So yeah, this shouldn’t exactly be a shocker. A little justice would be nice but that’s a lot to ask for in this timeline.
Interesting hypothesis! I wouldn't put it so boldly myself, but there is a type of person who relishes in holding authority over others, and given that most people are just happy to go along and get along, it makes sense that those who are motivated to boss people around would kind of monopolize positions of power and do everything they could to hold on to them.
Don't ask if he is in the Epstein files. Judging from the numerous pictures showing them as best buddies, he will be on the list. Better ask hin how often he is on the list. Judging by his character (or more precisely, lack of it) he is probably in the top ten in the files. At least.

Or just ask how incriminating he thinks the evidence of his acts with a convicted human trafficking and pedophile are. That way he has to start by lying and saying he's not in them, which would hurt him more if they come out, because he is. Or make him admit that he is in them by saying "I don't think they could be bad, because...."

That's the thing about Trump, he does not lie reflexively and awkwardly as a defense mechanism, like most people do; he lies when he's relaxed. His mind makes up facts and they get flushed out of his mouth.
What he does reflexively when he feels attacked or just doesn't like what he hears, is attacking the person he's talking to and/or Biden. Often accusing them of the exact same thing he has done/is doing. This one's perfectly on brand.

An interesting analyses. It certainly matches what we've seen. His attacks on the standard list of people is moderately pathetic, and quite predictable.
Some ballsy journalist needs to set up a bait question to catch him in a lie or incriminating statement around this little episode. Or any other number of fully deserving examples.
Why? Nearly all of his supporters are attentive to no reporting on what he says beyond "radical left Democrats are evil" and "Yay America". And in dogwhistles, "darkies need to be pushed down".
