whats the best Vegetable ?

is it cheating if we consider all the varieties? I'm a big radish fan. I love daikon, wasabi, and snacking on tiny red radishes. Radish greens make a decent pesto too.
Culinary, squash. Botanically, anything cruciferous.

Potato
Brócoli or asparagus, when cooked just right either steamed or planched.
For some reason I don’t consider potato a vegetable. To me it’s an honorary member of the grain family.
