Our Rules:

  1. Keep it civil. We're all people here. Be respectful to one another.

  2. No sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia or any other flavor of bigotry. I should not need to explain this one.

  3. Must be tumblr related. This one is kind of a given.

  4. Try not to repost anything posted within the past month. Beyond that, go for it. Not everyone is on every site all the time.

  5. No unnecessary negativity. Just because you don't like a thing doesn't mean that you need to spend the entire comment section complaining about said thing. Just downvote and move on.

That's ridiculous, are you telling me somebody actually went on the Internet to pretend to be an official account for years just because it's funny? What kind of person would do such a thing?

Some people really need better hobbies.

Ikr? It's almost absurd to pretend to be someone or something online. That's almost like being an actor and not getting paid.

And as an esteemed Academy Award nominated character actor, I do like getting paid for pretending to be other people.

(Barbie, now on HBO Max and Blu-ray)

Bruh, do we need to have a discussion about dead names, or is it ok since they're predatory corporations?

[–] MargotRobbie@lemmy.world 7 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Corporations are not people.

[–] misophist@lemmy.world 4 points 10 months ago

Community service. They were forced to travel out and inspect workspaces for compliance with regulations.

Hahahah they made them do the job they pretended to be doing I love it. I wish they didn't catch misdemeanor rather than like a stern warning in writing but still hilarious.
