Right? I live in a region of the US where most of my neighbors are openly RW, armed, and publicly joke about killing people like me. And liberals think their particular definition of 'legal need'' is something I should give two shits about?

killing fascists is self defence. we'll know who needs to die before they know we want it. you can absolutely kill someone with an air rifle.
When the law is unjust, disobedience becomes must.

Second Amendment pretty much says you have to be part of a militia to have guns.

It actually means that the needed weapons and firearms can not be restricted, so ,if the need rises, a militia can be formed.
