Does that mean we can make moon photos that are even further from reality now?

Isn’t it fascinating, that these devices position themselves as a leader in photographing stuff as closed to reality as possible, and then 90% of what is coming out of them isn’t even what you actually shot?

I wish the AI would be used to select the optimal setting for the environment being photographed. That's it.

I don't know enough about ISO and aperture to do it myself, and much less to be able to change to different conditions every photo. But I want my camera to catch moments in time not edited bullshit to remember something that didn't actually happen.

I imagine this would be the ideal scenario for most people. Just as everyone else, I also really enjoy good photos, but unlike my photographer friends, I don't have perfect lighting, and also don't really know what half the settings do

What are you talking about? When have you taken a photograph that turned out to be something else?

I'm a bit disappointed with all that waste of space on the back though. They could have fitted so much more back there.

[–] andrewta@lemmy.world 2 points 10 months ago

Please don't encourage them

Oh look, the meme about the back full of lenses was right.

I wished for more AI stuff.
