Seems like it was less about the guy being poor and more about him preparing food directly over his bare feet.
New trend on social media is to portray the differences of kitchen and food workers in other countries compared to the health-code compliancy of the US. Snarky, rude and mean spirited commentary by content creators. Complaints about being outside, using hands without gloves or not using cutlery. Ive seen a handfull of these shorts on youtube and its just meant to divisive dribble rage bait crap.
