On-topic: odds are that there's such a bureaucracy behind the free tier (and likely, on purpose) that it's going to be hell to actually use it.

And yeah they probably aren't going to allow people an API key for shreddit or similar tools.
Yeah jerboa had some connection issues and submitted it 4 times...
I can see that, that will just make it even worse for them, reddit literally jumps of a cliff.
Interesting... I setup a new API key yesterday to use revanced and it's still working fine for me.
My existing shreddit API works, and I'm able to add existing known apps, it's just the new app I created today that seems to not work. I've checked all the details (username, password, client_id, client_key) and they're all correct, but I still get a forbidden error on any new account I try to set it up with.
I'm also noticing today that I can't view Twitter anymore without being logged in.
I used this fork of power delete suite to edit and delete my comments. Not sure if itβs still working though.
