I really really liked Crisis in the Kremlin. It teached me a lot about the political figures of USSR in the 80's. I found it pretty hard at the beginning until I got used to all of the settings of the game. And completely loved the game's soundtrack
I briefly played China: Mao's Legacy. The UI design is awful and the game doesn't do a good job at explaining the mechanics to you. But once you figure things out it can be addictive. I don't remember much of the story but I remember the game giving you a lot of choices for events. I haven't played any of their other games but they all look pretty similar in terms of gameplay.
I found their UI/UX difficult to learn and so I gave up
I saw a few user reviews on the steam page saying the same
Worth a try to see if you can swing it. I ended up refunding them since I couldn't make sense of each and am too lazy to put in the work to do versus doing other things
