Is there something I'm doing wrong? For instance while scrolling I saw a post from celebnsfw but when I click I the sub is empty

Wasn't it on another instance perhaps?

Probably because certain content is filtered out by default

There's a lemmy account setting to hide nsfw posts. Could it be that you have that enabled and saw some sfw meta post or something?
