X terms of service has right to take back username. X ported his followers over to new account at least, he said. Vaught is still using X, though he did set up account on Threads and Mastodon.

It gets worse on Fediverse as there are multiple threads to the same link on multiple instances. can't get rid of reposts anymore

I honestly don't understand why anyone still has an account on that platform. Surely it's obvious that the company is going down in flames and that Musk is going to outright steal users and handles from content creators. Inertia is not a good reason to fall victim to Sunk Cost Fallacy. It's done. Leave.
