Hmmm... I can see what you mean.
To me it looks more slippery and squishy, but I can imagine it being glass if you switch your point of view. I guess it's a bit like one of those pictures that's both a duck and a rabbit :)
For me, it’s imagining how such a soft and squishy body might behave on a hard and flat surface. There looks to be minimal deformation on the underside of the creature. Additionally, it looks slimy, but you can’t see any liquid on the creature or the surface.
I really want this thing to exist!
