It's slightly less dark than the dark places we expected it to go.
It makes me think of kid-show and video game shennanigans that are used to substitute for sexual assault or harm to children. This is the version grandpa tells to his kids about what happened in his childhood small town.
Ok maybe I'm stupid but seriously how would you get out of this predicament.

take your arms out of your sleeves, take off the pullover
It's not even a pullover - it has buttons in the front. Women's clothes are often stupidly thin (it's a marketing thing to make them buy more overpriced clothes) but regardless, you should be able to force the thing open, even if you can't wiggle out of it otherwise.
You just strip
Teeth.
