pelo que eu li 3600 é a velocidade ideal que vai conseguir extrair o máximo de perfomance do processador/apu no limite do custo benefício. Tipo, até seria possível pegar memória com velocidade 3200 e fazer overclock nelas, mas daí é jogar na loteria do silicio

From a performance standpoint, DDR4-3200 is the baseline for Ryzen 5000, while DDR4-3600 remains the sweet spot. Obviously, DDR4-4000 is the cream of the crop for performance purists. Do bear in mind that not every Ryzen 5000 processor can operate with a 2,000 MHz FCLK, but AMD's continued commitment to improving its AGESA code helps make it a reality for the majority.

You get best performance with fclk 1:1 with mem clock (1/2 ram mhz). And the Apu chips tend to manage higher fclk than non Apu chips (at least from what I've seen reported, in excess of 2000 fclk).

Realistically speaking, 3600MHz @ CL16 represents the inflection point in which any further performance increases become uneconomical.
