I really like to have my panel at the left side of the Screen #showyourdesktop
That is one of the designs I have ever seen.
Truly one of the setups of all time
- I love that Linux (and KDE) give us the flexibility to really make ourselves at home.

Actually it looks surprisingly tidy. Would autohide it (when windows touch it) though

It's not bad, but personally I prefer to keep my task bar separate and horizontal, which I don't think would work with this. Plus my ultra-wide would make it more work to reach than the top and bottom.
I'd post my desktop but it's been getting so buggy lately. Task bar flickering, widgets getting squished. But I can't even look into those yet because I'm trying to figure out why my desktop sessions aren't being saved or restored anymore. Is this just life using Tumbleweed?

I like that it‘s different. Have seen and used the same old setup for too long.
My Screen has more width than height. A panel at top or bottom reduces height even more. That's why I like my panel on the left. ;)
@produnis What the! We're already at bash 5? Last time I looked at the specs it was bash 3! Guess there are a lot of yummies in there!
Yeah, it is an old Screenshot, but it looks the same with plasma6
