One could wonder why israel keeps designating "Hamas bases" as safe zones after they claim to have fully cleared those areas out.
Almost like israel is just terror bombing schools full of children for no reason except being a Nazi terror state.

Schools and an education population are important for a society. It’s part of Israel’s systematic campaign of attacking every institution of Palestine.
I mean they have a reason: genocide and land theft.
Wouldn't be an Israel without it.
These fuckers have been surpassing the SS forces in by taking utmost joy in killing defenseless children as point blank. What more can they do at this point?
Rogue terrorist state.
Hardly rogue, the US is providing bombs and Biden is a Zionist
Israel is quite literally erasing an entire race from the face of the earth as we speak, and yet we're not speaking up against it... just to avoid being accused of "antisemitism".
Senfield is one of the many prominent figures labeling the opposition of this genocude"jew hate". It's insane anyone is getting away with this sort of thing.
Aren't schools and hospitals supposed to be safe and protected.... What about the Geneva convention? We throwing that out the window because it's Isreal?
Not just that. Israel designated this as a safe zone and told civilians to flee here.
So Israel gathers Palestinian civilians in their concentration camp in a designated building, and then systematically slaughters them after telling them they are safe there...
They're delousing stations, take no note of the conspicuous mass graves.
What about the Geneva convention? We throwing that out the window because it's Isreal?
Yes. That's what we've been doing for the last 75 years.
Seemingly not for much longer, though, what with the ICC arrest warrants and the US pretending harder than ever to be neutral.
To quote a dude who's even older than the four most recent serious contenders for the US presidency, the times they are a-changing!
south africa and ireland are taking them to international court, but at the end of the day, it is the countries that actually have people/resources/power to enforce the court's orders. And nobody is willing to invade Israel to bring them to justice (and bring their leadership to the courthouse). Almost all countries in the UN signed treaties promising they would enforce arrest orders, but when push comes to shove, nobody wants to be the one to do it. Israeli offivials can go visit their allies freely
Israel: bombs yet another school full of children
World: you know? Maybe we should ban Israeli people from our businesses because it gives us bad press to accept people from a country that bombs schools
Israel: Why do businesses ban our people as if we were some kind of bad country? [surprised_pikachu.jpg]
Israel is a terrorist state 100%
So much school bombing. Sad to see.
The only country that can legally bomb schools in 2024 with no repercussions.
I swear... one day these titles will say 'Israel nukes all of Palestine' and people will just scroll on past it...
Nah, the people in charge want the people gone so they can build settlements and get rich not really because of ethnic cleansing, that's just how they get the people to look the other way. So they wouldn't do anything to make the land unusable. But if there was a weapon that could kill everyone without making the rubble radioactive they would totally do it.
I voted for union busting and genocide. Another beautiful day living in a world carefully shaped by First Past the Post voting.
It's these cans! Israel doesn't like these cans!
God damn it.
Or don't.
Let's see what You're really about.

A community for discussing events around the World
Rule 1: posts have the following requirements:
Rule 2: Do not copy the entire article into your post. The key points in 1-2 paragraphs is allowed (even encouraged!), but large segments of articles posted in the body will result in the post being removed. If you have to stop and think "Is this fair use?", it probably isn't. Archive links, especially the ones created on link submission, are absolutely allowed but those that avoid paywalls are not.
Rule 3: Opinions articles, or Articles based on misinformation/propaganda may be removed. Sources that have a Low or Very Low factual reporting rating or MBFC Credibility Rating may be removed.
Rule 4: Posts or comments that are homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, anti-religious, or ableist will be removed. “Ironic” prejudice is just prejudiced.
Posts and comments must abide by the lemmy.world terms of service UPDATED AS OF 10/19
Rule 5: Keep it civil. It's OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It's NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
Rule 6: Memes, spam, other low effort posting, reposts, misinformation, advocating violence, off-topic, trolling, offensive, regarding the moderators or meta in content may be removed at any time.
Rule 7: We didn't USED to need a rule about how many posts one could make in a day, then someone posted NINETEEN articles in a single day. Not comments, FULL ARTICLES. If you're posting more than say, 10 or so, consider going outside and touching grass. We reserve the right to limit over-posting so a single user does not dominate the front page.
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.
