I've found Patreon to be really rewarding (hidden gems in the game modding space, music producers, technologists + tinkerers of all kinds), but am curious about the vast number of other creators out there.

Do you have any favorites or even just a list of folks you support on Patreon or kofi?

If you're into trivia and podcasts, I really enjoy The Omnibus Project podcast.

If you like Magic: The Gathering, the Professor over at Tolarian Community College can't be beat.

David Hilowitz is my go to for interesting music technology content. It’s engaging, relaxing and they’re always tinkering with something. Each video is just the right length. No clickbait titles. Patrons get free sample libraries. David seems like a genuinely good person as well.

The only person I've actually supported is HisAnimations, who ported a ton of TF2 models and assets into Blender, as well as other Source game assets like Portal and stuff.

I've also been meaning to support Value Select, who makes funny song sort of skits similar to Jazz Emu.

I'm down the Youtube creator rabbithole when it comes to people I sponsor on Patreon.

I'm a pretty big fan of Patrick H. Willems. He does video essays on movies, with plot. There was at one point a sentient coconut.
