Incidentally I've joked before about an anime called Kuroneko Hidari Wants To Overthrow The Bourgeoisie!, about an anime catgirl learning about labor organizing, vanguard parties etc, a bit like How Heavy Are The Dumbbells You Lift? except instead of teaching you how to build the strength of your body it teaches us all how to build the strength of the mighty working class

A lot of the stereotypical "cat-girl" portrayals ironically have more similarities to dogs.

I only saw the show, the show's only at about the halfway point of the manga, so I hear, and I assumed she was a late but permanent addition to the party. Uh oh. 
She is but she spends most of her time as a background character which is a crime. Kbity my beloved

I haven't hung around places like 
or 4chan enough to hear any of these creep's fantasies but this does remind me of a story I was working on a while ago with a similar premise
Basically my idea was that there would be a facility where the catgirls are produced and while those born male are rare and often killed at birth the protagonist would have survived to adolescence by being protected by the others until he eventually escapes and grows up to go on a rampage of revenge with the goal of liberating his fellow catpeople and making those responsible for their suffering pay
I should go back to that idea, definitely something there
