I want to make this type of name plate for myself and others but I can not figure out what this is. Does anyone know what this is called so I can reproduce?

There's other ways to make it from scratch too, so if you're interested in that sort of thing, there's some good YouTube tutorials on it.

If you like to print stuff a lot, it's nice to be able to design some simple stuff yourself.
