I created this issue a few months ago and someone picked up the task and implemented the feature!

I never had enough time to learn Rust myself so shout out to the comrade who implemented it.

This should help ensure users are not accidentally sharing tracking codes.

Nice, and they created a crate for it that must have not existed before or at least wasn't adequate stalin-approval

I agree! It won't solve the alt front end thing but it should cut down on the need for those tracker bots.

Im just the idea guy and ideas are worthless unless someone does the labor! So give it up to the implementers!
