Im sure they have some sort of terms of service that includes immunity for all time throughout the universe.
Ads are designed to capture attention. Driving requires attention. Ads in cars should be illegal, as should road billboards.
If at any point I buy a car and it begins showing me ads I will promptly return it to the dealership... at 55mph.
More realistically I'll probably just continue to drive my '07 till the bottom falls out, the way new cars are going.
Just remember to tuck and roll, it's really necessary at 55mph.
