The tragic part is that the EU is called the "UE" in French...
I know, I know, I had french classes as well. (Still seeing my therapist because of that :P)
But I still found it funny :)
Luckily French isn't a real language.
Props to whoever made that bottle and stopper. That note is in fantastic condition.
It probably helps, that the bottle was in salt in a clay pot in the ground and not in the ocean.
Every time I read news of people finding old messages in bottles I find it fascinating.
But then at the same time I wonder how many people it prompts to dump their own bottles into the sea (i.e. littering) anytime one of these headlines blow up
Glasbottles are fine and just fancy rocks.
