Yeah, I gathered that, but I don't know the name of the tool to uncompress them into the emulator. That's what I'm trying to find.

I knew I was forgetting something. If your only aim is to play your legally backed up copies of games, you might try to find a MIG flashcart or clone, but I can't speak to those personally
If you weren't capable of using Google to find basic information, then I don't think you're capable of following the directions someone gives you here.
