There's a scene from the movie Scotland, PA involving a fryer. That's how I imagined this ending after i first read the news.
I worked as a "fry cook" at McDonald's when I was 14 years old. At 14. It's not a difficult job at all, but can be stressful when it's very busy.
He'll likely empty a bag of frozen fries into a container, lower the container into the vat, take it out, salt them, then fill a couple boxes to get his pathetic photo op.

Yeah putting cold fries in and waiting til they're done takes way more patience than he has. What's it take, like 15 or 30 seconds? I bet the most he'd ever do will go over to a fryer that has a basket in, take it out and call it a day.
But more realistically he'll show up somewhere vaguely near a McDs and ramble incoherently, poop his diaper, and go home.
