Technically I think North Korea is at war with the US, not South Korea. To declare war against South Korea would imply they believe there is a legitimate government to declare war against, whereas I believe they just view it as an American occupation.

They'd have to declare peace first. They've got an armistice but the war is still technically active. Anyway they should focus on how many of their people are going to die in the near future when they find out how much experience the Ukrainian military has which they do not.

I was under the impression war was never officially called off there and so while no fighting is happening the war is still ongoing. If so would this be like double war?
