Just as the title says. Any game I play except minecraft will eventually make gnome crash and send me back to the login manager. This happened on with my 1650 and on my RX 5500. I thought maybe something was wrong with my install so I reinstalled fedora on a new ssd and it's still happening. I'm not sure what to do but if someone is willing to guide me I'd like to make an actual bug report.

I found a thread that looks like someone is having the same issue. I'm getting warmer maybe

How is your cooling setup? Do you have any heat monitoring plugins running?

The only sudden crashes I've seen on my Linux boxes lately were due to heat lingering too close to my machine, and eventually my cooling setup not keeping up.

I wouldn't think it's a thermal issue because the system is running fine it's just gnome that crashes

Oh, yeah. You're right. When mine happened, the whole system rebooted.
