Well it's just not very hospitable of them.
Yeah but they didn't expect to have to use it that way, and trying to name it differently in the moment would end up with confusion. Like, Mike why the fuck are you calling the death chamber the "totally not a death chamber air room" when everybody knows it's the death chamber.

No, the creature just happens to absorb lead for sustinence, or duplicates by cutting off its head and growing a new body/head. Or is literally and energy being. Or uses the lethal injection drugs as stimulants.
