Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet was relatively fun. Monster Hunter Rise is also fun, but I haven't read the manga so I wouldn't know.
Most of the games that spinoff from a manga or anime are usually JRPGs, and I don't really like those.

The Majora's Mask manga is the only one that comes to my mind
The twilight princess one is pretty good too
I've not read it to completion, but the YoRHa: Pearl Harbour Descent (depicting events leading up to NieR: Automata) is certainly very good. As an aside, the NieR: Automata light novels are excellent.
If you're in to your Yoko Taro there's also several manga entries in the Drakenguard universe, but I don't know these so well.
There's also a bunch of good adaptations of visual novels, like Danganropa and Steins;Gate, but I feel like I'm cheating a little by suggesting those!
I feel like Kingdom Hearts was alright? But I was also an edgy teenager when I last read it so who knows if it aged well.
