No, but lemmy has added support to do that natively! The PR was merged yesterday and should land in version 0.19. Eternity would need to implement the front-end for that though. Until then you can simply block instances through the web-ui and use eternity after that. Posts, comments etc. from the blocked instance won't be shown in eternity.
