I think it's quite clear that they are hoping that they can stall and delay until the next presidential election, and then hopefully Republicans will take over and the NLRB will change and be less favorable to unions and workers.
Wonder how true this is.
it seems plausible. Amazon and starbucks and others have really dragged shit out, google absolutely has the resources to do the same. And the odds of a less favorable nlrb are very good IMO even if biden wins again congress or the SC will likely interfere
