I was having that problem as well. I fixed mine by removing that account under the instance and then adding it back in.

This seems to have fixed it, will see how long it will last. I know I had it also before, doing something with the accounts fixed it but it came back
It might have been related to the recent hack that forced a lot of instances to reset all user tokens, which forced users to login again. I also solved it by removing the account and adding it again (thus logging in again in the process).
