That follows. That would certainly confirm the police's initial assessment that this seemed like a deliberate act, not an accident or a car problem.

It's funny how fast people are to throw Tesla under the bus. I mean I hate musk too, but the problem here was clearly not the cybertruck... Blaming an ugly car is missing the point.

This was a political statement. It was self immolation. And it was notably blowing up a Musk-mobile at a Trump tower.

They blame tesla because it was a legitimate possibility that it just blew up for whatever reason.

Tesla cars have been known to do all kinds of stupid shit and the cybertruck already has so many other issues that it wouldn't be surprising in the slightest to find out faulty engineering caused it to blow up.

When has a Tesla spontaneously burst into flames when it wasn’t user error or malfeasance?

Please provide reputable sources to back up your claim.

For the record though, electric cars (even teslas) are actually significantly less likely to catch fire than gasoline engine cars. Statistically, ICE cars catch fire 11 times more frequently than teslas.

So while it was totally possible that it just randomly blew up, it's certainly not more likely because it's a Tesla.

Not more likely because it's a tesla. More likely because it's a cybertruck

Except it isn't.
