I can't speak for all of Europe of course, but in Denmark around the Capital a 1000/1000 Mbit/s wired connection might cost $50 a month, and per default they are unlimited. Cellular seem to be around 70/50 Mbit/s and then you pay for the limit per month 7GB for $9, 300GB for $30.

Is this news? I've heard of it regularly for at least 15 years now, from school to casual conversation as well as on TV.
