Well, seeing the problems Catholic priests are having not touching little children, I'm going to go ahead and say no, religion is not a very good way to deal with people that do want to do such heinous acts.

Well, seeing the problems Catholic priests are having not touching little children, I'm going to go ahead and say no, religion is not a very good way to deal with people that do want to do such heinous acts.
Days might actually be better. If they go to work and come back to it rusted all over, they will know it was a malicious action. If they start to see rust the next day and see it slowly progress, it might be hard to trace back to someone.
