It had a lot of good things going for it in the demo the boss battles need tons of work. The hot boxing is (or hopefully was) atrocious, not to mention the homing on the last boss.

Jesus Christ wtf. Like not even a Freudian slip or anything (not that it would be excusable then either) but just like full n word.

What a piece of shit.

I like how the game caters to all play styles. Like I've always been drawn to the thief/rogue play style as my main. So in the group setting I've had a blast using her as a scout role too. See where enemies are, find the perfect ambush spot, then send my tank in to either trigger shit and surprise everyone or lure them into my ambush. As I play I feel like that's what the game was designed for.

But then you see all these other players and play styles and realize they catered to everything. They designed encounters to make tons of playstyles viable. That's just outstanding world design.

To a lesser degree this is exactly how I dealt with one of the fights in the Goblin Temple - there's a bridge over the spider pit, and I essentially triggered the fight, retreated across the bridge where my other three characters were waiting with bows in an elevated position, then used my melee characters to prevent him from getting off the bridge.

Then I blew up the bridge. His flaming carcass fell to the spiders below, but alas...he was already dead.

12/10, would do it again.

Go to Woonsocket and see a movie at the drive in!

Also wasn't there a famous video of BMW showing how to mechanically perform every task on their all electric sports car? From car doors to hood releases to way more niche things 99.9999% of people will never use or even know exists?

That does sound like a big concern. In that case, feel free to add nervous pacing to your standing routine. I do not recommend standing in the pool currently, maybe wait on that one for a bit!

I was thinking today how ridiculously accurate silicone valley (the show) has turned out to be. It feels like CEOs and mid level managers all watched that show and completely missed the fact that it was SATIRE.

That's fair. Probably not helpful at the moment but i got a sit or stand desk awhile back and it's terrific. Sometimes I don't use it enough but recently I saw a video that anything you enjoy sitting you can usually enjoy standing. Like my controller is wireless I can stand instead of sit ony couch. I can eat dinner aty kitchen counter instead of sitting every night. I can have a drink with friends while standing, etc. Even without a standing desk that's probably true for you as well. If you put on movie or a game stand to watch some of it. It feels weird at first but I stand probably 2/3 of my day now. Try it out!
