I can't touch sugar alcohols.

If I even look at them, I'll spend the next week on the toilet.

I have to avoid a lot of the low fat/low carb foods because they use this. Also almost anything sweetened with monkfruit has this in it.

It's my understanding that X.org has some fundamental security issues that can't be fixed. Is that correct?

That's every day that ends in a "y".

Yeah, the ones with dead ports become part of my network as either storage or some sort of home server.

Absolutely!

I love giving old hardware a new life.

Once I've finished tinkering, and if it's fully functional, I give them to poor families who can't afford to buy a laptop for their kids.

Sadly, there are a lot of those here in Appalachia.

They'll just pretend like they don't know each other when they cross paths at divorce court - just like they do at the liquor store.

No, I didn't.

I use an anonymous YT client, and wasn't aware it did that.

I want an eye replacement with a few extra ~~opsins~~ options, and some EM sense like what birds have

That's possible, but our brains haven't evolved to interpret anything outside of the visible spectrum.

Hypothetically, we could guide human evolution by introducing such tech into newborn babies for several generations.

If the aluminum is old, it formas a patina of aluminum hydroxide/aluminum hydride/aluminium oxide that stabilizes it somewhat.

People often don't know - because water autoionizes, it is both an acid and a base. This is why so many things can readily dissolve in it.

I miss glass bottles of coke.

They're still available, but mainstream supermarkets don't tend to carry them as much.

My brain sees theme and wallpaper interchangeably. Sorry, fixed it.
