The spy was interrogated?

This kind of got brushed under the rug, but you might remember that China claimed they were both spy's. The Canadian government denied this. Then it turns out kovrig was a spy, and he was accused of using the other Michael for espionage activity without his knowledge. That Michael, spavor, sued the Canadian government. The Canadian government settled for something like 7 million.

Kursgesat forgets to mention the incredible forces that would put on the payload. NASA funded a study that suggested they start with a jet going mach 10, or 3.5 km/s. The fastest a person has ever gone is mach 6.7 or 2.02km/s. For efficiency sake, you'd want to get up to speed in a reasonable amount of time. I doubt humans can effectively use sky hooks. Could be really good for stuff though

I'm really out of practice, but I remember that onion fondly. My teacher would have us write our fundamental principles down and then do it again a year later and compare.

I trained tai chi and a little ba gua. I sparred a little with some karate and take kwon do people. I cleaned up. I did some light sparring with a ba gua guy and he was literally throwing me around effortlessly.

I was taught well. I would imagine that my teacher was 1/1000. When looking for him, I found at least 5 different schools that had no idea what they were doing and teaching tai chi anyways.

We're still far away from last of us territory because cordyceps targets ants, and we're a bit different. It's a huge issue for hospitals though. If a hospital was to become infected with a deadly fungus, best course of action is probably to burn it down. Seriously though, the fumigation needed would completely close the hospital for a while.

Right now. There's been reports of fungi that are becoming more tolerant of warmer temperatures due to climate change. There's a radiolab about it that's a few years old

#1. Israel is the aggressor. The state has been imposed on the people of the middle east through violence. #2. Through US support, Israel is the most powerful country in this conflict. They therefore have the moral responsibility to act in a way to promote peace #3. Hamas and Hezbollah are not terrorist organizations. They're legitimately part of their respective government's #4. Any act you've been told is a terrorist act by those two organizations was very likely legal under international law. Israel is an occupying force. People are legally allowed to fight that force through violence.

I believe he's the type of guy that's compartmentalized. He full heartedly believes that the rich need to be taxed more and that he'll work tirelessly to prevent it because it's bad for business

Progressive policies are popular. There's a phenomenon where centrists pretend to be progressive in order to be elected and then do a heel turn.

'Et tu Bernie?' References this. And here I am having to explain very recent history to some lib in defense of some leftist/progressive I've never met because libs can't take any fucking criticism during any fucking time. Maybe stop for a moment and engage some critical thinking. We weren't happy to see biden drop out JUST because he's old. Everyone was hoping for policy change, but that dreams gone, and Trump's up in polls as a result...

We called it marijuana before it was legal. Marijuana is a term that's obviously linked to Latin communities. So while it's illegal, we're OK with calling it something that's linked to a community, BUT once it's legal, suddenly we're trying to erase that connection. Like it's too good for that community anymore. It would be less racist to continue calling it marijuana WHILE recognizing the historical racism and celebrating the culture that ensured the plant was still here when it was legalized. Ignoring that contribution is like appropriation. Erasing the Latin influences in marijuana culture once the plant is legal isn't anti racist.

I feel like it's more racist to start calling it cannabis once it's legal.
