When people talk about mass transit they never have your scenario in mind. It's a bullshit argument against doing anything.

You think construction companies enjoy having their men and tools stuck in traffic surrounded by about 50% of cars that shouldn't and wouldn't be there if people had valid choices?

It's an and-and story. No-one in their right mind, except for rabid edgy internet communists wants to ban cars altogether.

Same happened in my town. Beautiful Linden trees (I think Basswood in America). There came protest, so they hired a company to check on the trees and would you know it. ALL trees had something wrong with them and would have died in 20 years anyway. They were all cut down.

If only there would be viable alternatives for the mass transit of people. It would free up the road for those who like to or absolutely have to drive.

So often forgotten as an argument. Driving would be great if those who don't want to are not forced to.

For better efficiency the steam should be used twice, in a high pressure circuit first and on its way back to the boiler through a low pressure circuit.

It's a Jason isn't it? He seems happy on the outside. He has a good job, people think he's lucky having a probably pretty wife and the dinner parties are great in a home that's so neutral no-one can dislike the decor.

But he's thinking of ending it. It's just that every time he is about to have enough free time to drown himself or something he gets a text from Lauren that needs answering immediately.

She wouldn't like the mess anyway, he ponders, it wouldn't be very neutral.

This must also happen in reverse. The hip expensive city center and the poorer suburbs?
