Yeah, I wonder which one I'll choose.

Nostalgia is gay dude.

It would be really weird if that was cause and effect. I like to imagine how that might go down though.

Kiwi strawberry Snapple.

It was 30 years ago, but it kinda killed the whole concept of calling things "gay" for me.

It's not just a breach you have to worry about. Credit agencies actively monetize your financial data by selling it to anyone who wants it. You didn't give it to them, you didn't authorize it, they collect it and they sell it.

That must be why mobile and discriminating populations choose to move to China.

Don't do it. They'll blame you for every perceived problem they have (most of which will not actually be problem).

It's expensive to refuse to learn new things.

Never give up the domain. I've let several go that I wish I still had. They only get more valuable, like real estate.

Man, I rode my bike everywhere as a kid. I could get through 5-6 elementary schools. I could get to the rich kids neighborhood and the ghetto. I could get to 2 different movie theaters. I could get to 6 different great record shops.

My HOA is... fine. It's like $25 a month, and it includes trash/recycling and common area maintenance. I've gotten a few warnings about leaving my trash cans out too long, or some other small violations, and I've cursed them for that because I'm obstinate and ornery... but I take care of it, and I don't actually get a fine.

I miss mixed CDs. You meet someone, you understand their music tastes, and you make them a mix of stuff that you think they'd like, but from your favorite known artists. I made plenty, and ones I received got me into some awesome bands.

I burned CDs just titled "Pink Floyd", "Beatles" or "Radiohead" with their entire discography of mp3s on it. I really got deep into a lot of bands back then.

If I leave the site and come back the next day, I always have to log in again. Is that normal and desired behavior, or is that an issue? I don't have my browser set up to delete cookies automatically.

This being a privacy-focused instance, maybe it's mandated and unchangeable. But I thought I'd ask.

I recently dumped my Pixel for an iPhone. Feels dirty, but it's fine.

I've also been following the story of how Google Drive has lost a bunch of customer files and is just closing bug reports and support tickets without offering help, and I'm worried that Google is not an acceptable backup solution because they don't seem to give a shit about customers... and why would they? They own the world. Fuck mere humans.

Anyhoo, I'm trying to figure out where to move my backups (100GB), my docs (I'd love something where I can do sheets and docs in browsers and mobile apps), and probably my email too, because why not... but I suppose I could do email through proton or skiff or anyhing, but everyone offers it.

I'm currently looking at Zoho as the possible best option. It looks like I could do all three for like $6/mo which seems reasonable. Does anyone use it?

How are the docs and sheets? Is searching email robust? Mobile apps? Does Zoho hate customers as much as Google? Will they eventually?
