My counter to that is the interim gets executed if they go over a time limit, and new one is appointed.

It's always been terrible, this the best we've had, and it's still still terrible.

Technically they should be abstaining from labor as well.

Any pro-labor aspects of Christianity is always ignored, and abandoned whenever an ancient institutional denomination (Catholic or Orthodox for example) loses actual power against state and more importantly, business.

Ngl, I think it's more real politik.

I am convinced even if we had a Palestinian American president, with grandparents actively being victims in the genocide, they'd still be pro-Israel.

Usually when pro-lifers try to fight for this, that gets censured heavily.

Eh, there's pretty bad police violence globally, if we ignore authoritarian countries or poor countries, there's a fair amount of police violence from the other country that jerks itself off in being a free equal liberal democracy, France.

I have heard they lazily deal with all crimes unless it's interesting and something can be easily be resolved and give a lot of political capital.

They might go a little further than a report, but they'll lazily report it as accident instead of murder, even if it was a complicated murder.

The common idiots interpretation of Calvinism and actual theology are extraordinarily different.

Calvin literally warned against that prosperity is not instrisically a sign of being a member of the elect.

Six is a bit early. If I could go back to between age 18 and December 2015

I could make money and have a way better career trajectory and love life.

Otherwise back spring/summer 2007.

6 is pointless. Knowledge and wisdom in a body and brain not equipped for it? Hardcore depression.

So yeah 10 mill.

Cyber-jackasses or cyber terrorists, likely the first.

A cyberpirate wants money.

A cyber terrorist has ideology or want to watch the world burn

Most actually successful cyber attacks globally are just trolls who want to have fun. This is why many, with their automated attack patterns, try to avoid children's hospitals and critical infrastructure, but cyber terrorist with ideaology or want the world to burn attack those.

Giving lemmy is not that important yet, and theirs a ton of alternatives outside fediverse, it's all volunteer, it would be cyber-jackasses, or want to watch the world burn cyber terrorists. Not pirates, not governments, not corpos.
