So with sub-10k weeks I don't have issues and I have done a 10k race this year already. My problem is that I want to follow a plan for a slightly faster 10k but all the plans go way to high in distance. I hope to build up to 20-30k weeks and have done 16k weeks before.

I've been running for two years and I love a structured training plan from an app, as it keeps me motivated. However, I have tried humango (I also swim/bike) and garmin training plans and even with having data from my previous runs, they always make me go too fast and too far. For example, I'm trying a garmin 10k plan and told it I ran 1-8 km/week before starting, and it has me doing 12k first week, 18k second week and the third week starts with a 12k long run! This is when I set my goal date in october, so plenty of time to build up slow. I have had trouble with shin splints in the past and try to keep to the 10% rule (even 5% when I do other sports) but this means I cannot follow these training plans. A lot of training plans for 10k also require 4 runs a week, while I cannot do more than 3 without feeling like I'm pushing myself to hard. Does anyone know a nice training plan or app that can link to a sports watch and doesn't go overboard on distance?

About six days while hiking a part of the appalachian trail and camping.

We have the reverse. My boyfriend can clean the whole apartment and still leave it looking messy, whereas I only clean when absolutely necessary, but will keep stuff tidy.

With my parents, I see that they try to be equal in the work, but my dad rarely comes up with stuff to do on his own, so my mom always has to ask for every chore. He came from a "traditional roles" family, so probably suffering the after effects from that.

I'm dealing with the worst stomach flu of my life and I have a 10 hour train ride in a few hours. Wish me luck!

My boyfriend: that I keep doing scary things even though it takes a lot out of me (like outdoor climbing, moving to a new country, doing a triathlon race).

Will the height be adjustable? Otherwise the sitting thing will be either way to low or poking the backs of most people.

Maybe the missing ingredient is real butter in the pan? That always brings out so much extra flavor.

The more time I spent away from home, the more I long for those weekends on the couch with my books and plants. But a few of those weekends in a row and I'm planning my next trip.

Our local library has a table with young plants for exchange. I love it!

I used to feel bad about reaching milestones and "succeeding at life" because I was mourning a friend who could not reach those milestones with me. Therapy helped a lot.

It might be hard for them to find someone who is both fluent in english AND knows the field well enough to know vegetative electron microscopy is not a thing. Most universities have one general translation help service and science has a lot of field-specific weird terms.

They have been protesting peacefully this whole time. You didn't hear about it...

They changed all streets near the school to 30k zones (yeah!) a couple months back, but cars still regularly go way too fast. Doesn't help that the warning sign still flashes a smiley for anything under 50.
