Ist es vermutlich nicht. Aber die Beschwerde enthält die Worte "pornographisch" und "Lesbenporno". Daraus hat vermutlich ein automatisches System abgeleitet, dass Punkt 8.2 relevant ist und entsprechende Schritte eingeleitet. Ich hab' ne starke Vermutung, dass da kein Mensch drüber geschaut hat. Das passiert vermutlich erst, wenn Einspruch gegen die Entscheidung eingelegt wird.

Vermutlich automatisch generiert auf basis des Nachrichteninhalts. Ich würde das als Cloud-Anbieter nicht anders machen. Wenn dann doch mal ein Einspruch kommt, kann man immer noch nen Menschen drüberschauen lassen.

Even worse, I think I'm part of that number because I've unsuccessfully tried to delete my Facebook Account three times now. But every time I check in to make sure it's finally been deleted, it's still there. I'm at the brink of suing them for a GDPR violation at this point. F*ck Facebook!
