It probably means that you have enabled the "everything feed" in liftoff settings. This aggregates content from all instances apparently, even those not federated with yours.

Edit: weird cause you seem to be on sh.itjust.works which is federated with Lemmy.world.

I need to survive for 3 days while pooping as much as possible. I can pee as often as I like. It can take up loads of space. What food do I pack? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

You have one user and has many comments and post as you make yourself. This means that your suspicion score is going to be extremely low (under .5 if you post 2 times on any server).
