The judge face after seeing the stopwatch: he realizes what might happen.

This commentary below the video:

"Perhaps the most impressive part is that no one in the competition even had one single solve below his average.
Xuanyi's 4.31 was the closest."

I don't like time my solves. I only like to solve.
So, I practice every day and I feel when I was fast or not. And about once a month, I time few solves to see if the new things I learned are effective or those I try to improve have an impact. And…

Every time I break a personal record! Single and less often an average.
It is very satisfying and it means I am progressing.

This morning, no warm up, my first solve was under my best Ao5. Which is a good sign, I think.

Voilà. I just wanted to share my experience as an average cuber :)

Keep learning.

Yes! So… 11.38 s 😁

I don't know why. I can play it in Voyager.

Rowe Hessler's solve during the Cubicle's Gan 15 review.
About 6.20 s transformed into 9.38 s.

I did nothing with that, but it's nice to listen your dream(s) and how you dreamed about cubing. It's just a funny sharing :)

And about this, I completely forgot the 3x3x10 was real!
I think the pop is the nightmare of cubing's dreams 😁

Precisely… me too.

[–] annorax@lemmy.world 2 points 1 month ago

This is interesting. As you say you cube a lot, but, you don't dream about that (except once). May be there is a reason…  🤔
Thank you for sharing it.

Hi :)

Have you ever dreamed about cubing? About solving a cube?
I didn't. But I'm curious. If yes, can you tell us?

2 months later…
The WRM V10 Ball-core MagLev UV is too tight for me. I tried different settings but I've not a good feeling with it. My solves are not fluid :(

I could try the RS3M V5 Ball-Core MagLev UV, I found a good setting and I find this cube perfect for me!

I agree. There is a lot of choices and infinite things to learn.

Yes, bye bye little robot :(

Thanks you for your useful links. SpeedCubedb cube reviews are very useful and there is the one for the V10 which was not on basilio.dev.
Basilio Noris's website has amazing informations. It's a shame there's no RSS feed. I would like to follow him/his work but there is no way.

Hello everyboby :)

I'm new in this community. Happy to join you.

Today, I received a MoYu WRM V10 Ball-core MagLev UV instead of a MoYu RS3M V5 Ball-Core MagLev UV + robot.
If you know both:

What are the differences between these cubes?
Do you think I should keep the RS3M or not?

I only have few days to make a choice. Can you help me to make it please?
