Yeah it really doesn't seem to track with my knowledge in regards to shipping efficiency. AFAIK those big ass container ships are on par if not more efficient than a train.
This is why you shouldn't skip leg day, or turn everyday into leg day.

Drink water for your hydration, everything else is a treat and not hydration.
This thread clears up to me why so many people have digestive issues and/or obesity.
It can be convenient when cleaning stainless or glass since it can dissolve grease and dries up streakless. Otherwise window cleaner spray also works amazingly.
Otherwise no idea why one would use it on other surfaces.

My main issue with them is that they seem to love flying between my toes when I am barefoot, then freak out and sting me. Or they end up in my shirt while I am riding my bicycle.
If they could just chill out, I would be more loving to them.
Why? What do I need a phone for while driving, that shit is distracting.
