Celsius and Fahrenheit are both European units. It's just that Fahrenheit is used by less than 5% of the world's population, so it's completely reasonable to expect a post title on an international website like this to use Celsius.
I'm using a Home Assistant automation to do this (with Jellyfin). But it is obviously overkill to set that all up just to do this.
The webOS app is just a wrapper for jellyfin-web, so any changes to web will be reflected in the webOS app without it needing an update. As long as you keep your server up to date, of course, since jellyfin-web is ran from there.

Eh, I'm personally completely fine watching content in other languages and so is pretty much everyone I know. I would never want to limit myself to content in languages I understand. Actually, I think the majority of stuff I watch is foreign content.
But to each their own of course and I guess it couldn't hurt if they added the option, but I think expecting it as a "fundamental configuration" says more about you than about how bad Netflix is. There are much better arguments for that.
