You need to hold Ctrl + click on the languages you want.

However new posts are set to "undefined" by default and most peoplenever change it, so the whole feature seems a bit useless for now.

I guess once we have significantly large and diversified communities, it will make more sense.

Fennec is even better than Firefox, it's the same source but recompiled to allow all add-ons in the main app. So basically a stable Firefox nightly, if you wish.

It's maintained by the folks behind the f-droid app store themselves, so arguably a highly trusted source.

Sync to Firefox desktop fully implemented and working.

Some alternative app icons (latte.isnot.coffee)

Quite like the development of Jerboa as it stands, but I found the icon of the app to be a bit uninspired (and personally I need to have a dark background so stuff doesn't stand out too much).

Anyway, I got some time on hand last night and prompted DALL-E to create some Jerboa-inspired icons, and after going through dozens and dozens of iterations, prompts and refinements, I was left with 5 that I really like, cleaned them up and tuned them a bit in Photoshop this morning, and here we are:

Now I have no clue what that means in terms of licensing and whatnot. I'm explicitly posting them with no strings attached from my end, but can't tell if any underlying licenses still apply regardless.

Looking great, can't wait to test it! Nothing against Jerboa for the time being, but alternatives are always welcome. Been testing summit yesterday that someone posted as well, and I think every app has some unique features about it, so let's see where the journey goes.

Ideally I'd love to have something as close to Reddit Sync as possible :-P

As for the name, isn't Lem a bit short? Not that I dislike it, but in terms of being properly searchable on google and the likes it might be better to go for a longer, unique search string, else it could get a bit cluttered.

It's a temporary workaround, but not really a permanent fix. There's NSFW other than porn, and I don't necessarily want to block everything 18+.

I wish we could block full instances that way. I blocked 30 different communities on lemmynsfw and every time I browse /all there are 10 new ones.

Now I'm not some prude snowflake, but my use case for lemmy (as it was for reddit) is simply the polar opposite, and having to block all of those titty farms individually is frustrating.
