our company actually closed several offices due to low in-person turnout after the pandemic started to ease up, and they said they would just sub-lease out the buildings to recuperate money
those of us in the office cities are now fully remote

TMNT is one of those franchises where they can make comics/tv/movies/merchandise all at the same time for cross-promotion, like the movie that just came out (even if it isn't directly related to The Last Ronin)
I've been meaning to read the comic so I guess I'll move it higher up on my reading list now
