I had to go in Settings > Include Anti-Features and enable Tethered Network Services for it to show up.

Hey everyone :)

I hate Samsung and their dumb software design choices, and this is one of them. Why do I need a SIM card to enable a hotspot whereas every other phone works without one? in c/mildlyinfuriating@lemmy.world

And a poor Wi-Fi extender as well, since you halve your network bandwidth by using an extender with a single radio chip.
