J'ai goûté ceux au beurre et ceux a la crème, et crème ça passe crème. Ceux au beurre c'était un peu bof quasi fromage deja, alors camembert ça s'annonce pas ouf

These are renders of the construction of the main building of Ikûl Tikis, a Ziggurat dedicated to the god of death of this world. The fortress is populated only by vampires after this same god cursed a dwarf in its temple.

In real life, Ziggurat are large temples built by Summerians. Some dubious sources says that they worshiped gods of mountains, and when living away from mountains they would build these temples as literal mountains, which is the most dwarven thing ever.

The 3D export was done with Vox Uristi (my own software) and rendered with MagicaVoxel. If you have any question or suggestion about Vox Uristi or the fortress, please go ahead!

edit: I can't manage to construction timelapse itself - oops, it can be seen on reddit though

This is a timelapse of the construction of the main building of Ikûl Tikis, a Ziggurat dedicated to the god of death of this world. The fortress is populated only by vampires after this same god cursed a dwarf in its temple.

Each frame is a season, covering around seven years. During this timespan, the world progressed through two different ages: The Age of Heroes and The Golden Age after the last titan and the last roc attacked the dwarves building the Ziggurat. More renders:

Procedural faces will be so nice to help individualize the dwarves, that was one of my biggest struggle playing df
